Picked up the little aqua hymnal for $1,and the pearl choker for $6.
The pink pearly button earrings $1
7 chalk sheep for nativity $3 (usually one dollar a piece!)
pink flower pot $3
white fireking bowls $2
This child's cupboard is about 24 inches tall. It is handmade with the cutest little details, including a silver ware drawer! I will use it for a shelf and put a sweet tea set in it. It was $22. The little tray was $3., and it is for a vintage manicure set that Annabelle received as a gift. The tray will match the set perfectly, so I was happy to find it!
There are a couple of things I haven't photographed that I will show you later. What I can't get off my mind is the TURQUOISE dealer and his fabulous Native American cuff bracelets. Will have to visit him next time.
Happy Monday, my people. I am spending time with Iris the paper-hanger. She is a colorful west Texas gal who hangs paper very well. It is a great day!

WOW Kate, love all of your purchases and can't wait to hear all about the trip, you wild woman you!!! Wish I could have gone. MISS YOU!
Love your treasures! What is that little tray made of? Beautiful :D
That tray feels like plastic, so I would say it is an early form of it, and there's probably a name for the material. I will look around and try to find the correct name. :)
The tray is made of celluloid, and this pattern is tortoise shell. from wikipedia: "Celluloid is the name of a class of compounds created from nitrocellulose and camphor, plus dyes and other agents. Generally regarded to be the first thermoplastic, it was first created as Parkesine in 1856 and as Xylonite in 1869 before being registered as Celluloid in 1870. Celluloid is easily molded and shaped, and it was first widely used as an ivory replacement. Celluloid is highly flammable and also easily decomposes, and is no longer widely used. Its most common uses today are in table tennis balls and guitar picks.[1]"
There were several of them listed on ebay. :)
