Room by room, it is coming around. Some things we can't improve, but sometimes, paint does wonders.
Before the re-do, our laundry room, now "my office", was dark blue with no waiscoting. It was a catch-all area of sports stuff, hunting stuff, you name it!
Clay added beadboard wainscoting and I have been painting for what seems like weeks. I still need to add a lace curtain, and black and white family photos on the long wall, but the big stuff is done! Hooray. If Clay had not had a week off, this would not have happened, so I say THANKS CLAY!!!
-- here are some plates I have collected over the years, and a shelf made by my dad when he was in high school
-- this dress form is named Matilda, Waltzing Matilda that is. Found her for $19.99 in Ohio, and and talked the lady down to $15. :)
-- My milk glass is finally out of boxes and is very happy in My Office. It brings back many happy memories of junkin' with Pam and O'Ney, and Kritter and Mom.
That is all for today. We are having a big boy party tomorrow, so must get off here and prepare!! Happy 2010!!
