--Janet is the brilliant special ed teacher who was one of the first to request me to sub in her room. She is highly intelligent, kind of quirky, which I enjoy, and has a heart of gold. She got my foot in the door, and I will forever be thankful.

--Jay is our maintenance man, extraordinaire. He doesn't have an air-conditioned office, so he often sits in the cool library on his breaks. He is a Fox news enthusiast, Obama hater (although he would deny the hate aspect), and conspiracy-theorist. I have enjoyed our conversations. We see the world quite differently, but we always laughed about it.

--Suzy is our principal. She is by far the best boss I have ever had. First of all, she hired an "outsider" (me), which is rare. She is kind and supportive. You can see how she exudes love, I think. Her son is the QB at University of Arkansas, which is a huge deal here. A small town boy down good. We all enjoy riding his coattails.

--Meryl is the librarian with whom I spend my day. Meryl is a tiny, bundle of energy, much like Annabelle. She apologizes for being hyper as she drinks her caffeine. lol. Meryl has been nothing but kind to me, and we have learned to work well together. The greatest joy has come to me as I have watched her become a grandmother for the first time. If every baby was so loved, what a better world this would be!
Hope you enjoyed a glimpse into my library world. Friday is my last day. I do hope I am not a blubbering idiot. There are so many kids there I adore.
Have a great Wednesday!!
