I have two babies home with strep today. Having a little guilt that I made one go to school yesterday, even though I could tell she did not feel well. :(

Talked with a good friend today, and tried to contact others. Love my peeps.
The sun is shining so brightly in this 50-60 degree weather. I am thinking fall is glorious in Arkansas, although I do miss leaves turning into jewel tones.
Our pediatrician is going hunting on the Illinois/Indiana state line to find a big white tail. That made me laugh. My old stompin' grounds is his destination for the big one!
It is Youth Hunt weekend, and Clay is taking the boys out hunting tomorrow. They will have a great time, no doubt.
I am feeling like my life is balanced. This is a wonderful feeling after all these years. Mothering, volunteering, working, homekeeping, plus time for reading and hobbies. Wow, it feels so good to get to this place!
Clay says that on every vehicle we have owned, I wear out the front right tire. That made me laugh so hard. How does he remember this stuff?? Men!

What's up with the front tire thing? LOL That is interesting.
