End of an Era

And so it is over.

After 14 years as a stay-at-home mom, I have a full-time job.

I have gradually worked up to this. I am as ready as I'll ever be.

The only worry is that I am working 1:1 with a very fragile little girl.

My goal is to do my best, to do my duty, to God and my country...oh wait, that's the Boy Scout creed that is buried in my brain from attending Scout meetings when I was 4.
Anyway, I will do my best to provide a safe place for her at school. I will do my best to be effective. It is just so hard when my heart aches for her.

Today was a great day, and I am thankful for this opportunity, as it fits with my family's schedule so well.

Please say a prayer that I will have wisdom to help her. Thank you!
