My dad is a neat farmer. His farm equipment, shop, barn and sheds are all organized neatly. The inside of his barn walls are lined with cool vintage doors he has recycled from old buildings he demolished. He doesn't use much foul language. You can often find him in his recliner reading. He is much more classy than the stereotypical farmer.
Another quality about him is that he likes things CLEAN. He is forever cleaning his equipment with a hose and water.
So when my talented sister, Kristie, sent this photo to me, I thought...this is DAD. Thank you, Kristie. Nice to see things are still the same on the farm. It will be one year since I have been home. Can't wait to visit for the holidays!

Love the great picture. I think of you every morning when I drive past corn fields and see the beautiful leaves changing color on the trees.
I'm so glad you love this photo of dad too! He really has so much pride in everything he owns. I think this photo really captured that. : )

And then there is your mother......notice the foxtails growing in the flower beds?
