Happy Sunday

We have a new minister at church. Can I just say... THANK GOD! This man is full of love and joy. He is a good speaker. His sermons are intelligent, well-organized, and brief, yes, BRIEF. In a month's time, the parking lot is getting fuller and the seats are, too. My soul is refreshed by God's word presented this way, like cool water from a fresh spring on a scorching day in Arkansas.

Thank you, O Lord, for hearing our prayers.

I feel like a new person when I can start my week off with challenging biblical words.

Oh, and did I tell you? He is from Texas. I LOVE Texans. They are the closest thing to Midwesterners that I can find. Yipppeee and yee-haw.

Have a good Monday. I am going to be cleaning and organizing, as school starts in a few weeks. Love you all.
