My mom retired yesterday. I feel like I am in shock. Seems she has worked forever, in some for or another. Night shift, day shift, PTO president, Home Ec Leader, Hospital, University...not to mention all she does at home.
I can say one of the most helpful gifts my parents gave me is a good work ethic. It has helped me many times in my life.
SO CHEERS to Bonnie. Hope you can now sleep late, cut some fresh flowers from your garden, sit and drink tea or coffee all day. Whatever your heart desires. You deserve it!
