Jon Dooley

This is Annabelle's Sunday school teacher. She loves him. His name is Jon Dooley. I did not change his name to protect the innocent.

Yesterday, I took Annabelle to some of the Open Houses held by the florists in town. We had so much fun, sampling punch and fudge, looking at jewelry and flowers, etc.

Well, a little nativity set caught her eye. She touched the shepherd on top of his head and said, "Mommy, I think this is a wise man."

"No, honey, I think that's a shepherd. See over here, here are the wise men. They are always in groups of three."

"But Mommy, Jon Dooley says we really don't know how many wise men there were, so this COULD be a wise man."

I was thrilled! She is listening and learning. Way to go, Jon Dooley, way to go!
