The Holiday Home Tour I have been planning for months coming up on Sunday, Dec. 13. I am very excited!!
By all accounts, ticket sales are a flop. That sounds kind of dramatic, doesn't it? Well, I wanted to sell one thousand because there are LOTS of women in this town who would enjoy it. I have run into roadblocks I did not expect, like an uncooperative local media. I won't go into it, but let's just say, I have had better experiences elsewhere. ;)
I will be happy to sell 200 tickets. It has been fun planning it, and I have made some new friends. Maybe that is how I'll measure its success, by counting my new friends.
This home belongs to my friend Robin, and I am excited about seeing how she has decorated it!

So you are saying that those women in Arkansas don't have holiday home tours? I figured they would love to show off their homes. I'll email you later.
You are so funny! I think because its a new event, they are reluctant. I am told to do it year after year and soon it will be BIG. Not sure I want to commit to that. We shall see!
