My children start swim lessons today, and one of my children is annoyed. He thinks I should ask his permission before I sign him up for any type of lesson. In theory, I agree with him, but he always says NO, so I don't ask. He needs to learn to swim better. It seems that weekly he is invited to swim in a dangerous place.
So last night he says to me, "Mom, when I'm grown and I put you in that Old Mom Mental Place, and I don't ask your permission, please don't be mad at me".
I guess it will be sweet revenge for him.
You know, their words always crack me up....Old Mom Mental Place. On some days, it has a nice ring to it.
