It is such a special day. Happy Mother's Day to my mom and all the great moms I know! I think I am in a new phase of mothering. My children are growing and are entering the preteen and teen years. Suddenly, the time they were in diapers seems so easy, so relaxed. I don't long for those days when I was sleep-deprived. It's just that the world can be so challenging when little children transition to young adults.
I have great respect for my mom, now more than ever.
Happy Mother's Day! After church, the family took me to a Chinese restaurant, and now we are going to see Disney's "Earth", which looks terrific and educational.
