Max and many of his friends were confirmed at church on Sunday. It was a simple ceremony where they expressed their belief in God, their commitment to the church, and their desire to lead a Christ-like life. The church did a wonderful job with this. Here is a picture of Max with his good friend Ty. Ty and his family moved here two weeks before we did. We've enjoyed making our way together. It is nice to have good friends, isn't it?

btw, I see your wonderful child around the soccer fields and often ask him where his mom is... he probably thinks I am a strange stalker lady ; )
