During a younger, naive time in my life, I thought I could save people. I am much happier as an older woman saving objects. LOL I found this tree in Indiana, a real bargain, but it had a broken base and seemed quite hopeless. You can't see it in this picture, but I stuck the base down in a small galvanized pail, and added Plaster of Paris. It was fun to give this tree a sturdy base! I am adding it to my list of favorite Christmas things!!
