FASDogs (Fitness-Agility-Speed)

Every weekday morning for four weeks, you can find us here. It is the training facility for our high school football team. The coaches put on a training camp to get children conditioned for fall sports. It lasts for one hour each day, but I am certain it feels longer to those participating. It is quite intense.

--Here is the female group. They warm up in this facility, then head out to the football field for intense running.



--The kids look forward to the final day. Here are local firemen who come to give some relief from the heat, as a final celebration.



--Ahhhh!! The water rains down. It must feel so good.



--The kids who were there EVERY day of camp get a t-shirt that says "100%". These are a big deal. Except to my kids. When one of my sons was trying to skip a day, I said,"What about that neat t-shirt.", to which he replied with great annoyance, "MOM...it's just a t-shirt...geez!". He sounded like the voice of reason at that moment. :)
