Glimpse into the Past

We have been home for about 4 days due to weather/Winter Break. This has given me time to organize my creative space in anticipation of some serious scrapbooking. As my mom says, once we started looking at old photos, there is no stopping! I have enjoyed soo much a glimpse into our life in Indiana. The boys were all little. We lived in a nice community in a house we loved. We lived close to family. The boys and I were outside almost constantly, with breaks for watching Little Bear and Elmo. Life was sweet, simple and innocent. I know at the time I was working hard and getting little sleep, but in hindsight, what a lovely time!

one..two.. three.. okay, everyone is accounted for! : ) If one was missing, he was probably feeding apples to the cows. : ) oh, what great years with little kids and great gardens!

Had to laugh at how time makes all of those memories of three small babies so calm and wonderful. I still clearly remember the chaos, sleep deprivation, craziness, and of course my sweet babies. The photo is fabulous - a moment of three babes and one mommy captured forever. And amazing how they all still look the same! Especially Elliot!

Kristie- yes, feeding the cattle or walking along the busy road, and the local librarian stops and asks where their mother is? :(

Julie- I love how you keep it real, girlfriend, cuz you know I was just trying to survive, one day at a time, sweet Jesus!!

Don't you wish you could go back for just one day? So sweet and innocent. Why do they have to get so big so fast? Precious picture, love the garden boots. : )

Yes, I would love one day. I think it would pass too quickly. *sigh*
