Clay's dad just sent this Christmas photo to us, so I thought I would share. Notice that Max and Sol are both taller than me. Note that Annabelle has on her soccer uniform. She begged to wear it on Christmas Day, and I just could not say no. My visions of her in a "scratchy" lacey dress seemed quite selfish.
Clay was being silly the other day, saying that the kids gave him gray hair. Last night at bedtime, Elliot asked, "Mom, is it true that if I DON'T have kids, I WON'T get gray hair, because if that's the case, I am not having kids." I did my best to explain that kids don't cause gray hair, but stress can, but kids are worth it... and then his eyes were closed. I hope he heard me. They are sooo worth it. They make me happy every day.

Sweet picture, they are so tall. Love Elliot's story. Myles said the other day, when he buys a house I am going to have to follow his rules! Ha. They might cause a little gray hair, but they are so worth it.....
