Happy Thanksgiving!

Found this vintage photo online and thought it was so cute!!

We are traveling over the river and through the woods to my parents' house today. My children are so excited!!

All three of my brothers and my sister will be home for Thanksgiving. It has been a while since we have all been together. On Friday evening, we will head to the Lucas Field House, the fabulous home of the Indianapolis Colts. Two of my nephews will be playing for the state championship in high school football. I know it will be a wonderful time of fun and fellowship, seeing lots of old friends, and cheering for the Mighty Cougars!

I want to mention my Grandmas. My paternal Grandma Lena was born on November 24, I was born on November 25, and my maternal Grandma Naomi was born on November 26. It was and is a special feeling to be sandwiched between them. They will be celebrating in heaven, and I will be remembering them. Naomi would have been 100 this year.

Enjoy your loved ones, eat wonderful food, relax, and know that if you are reading this, I love and appreciate you! Happy Thanksgiving!

It snowed a little bit here today....I'm starting to get into the Christmas spirit. I remember how hard it was for me to get into the christmas spirit when I lived in the south. Hope you have a Merry Christmas season.....Miss ya already....Love us.
