Godspeed to Julie!

Today was our last brunch with Julie. She and her family leave for Michigan in a few days.

This is a photo of her opening the much-needed gift, "How to flirt like a Southern Woman", a vintage bowl like her Grandma used, AND a gift card from Starbucks. All are small tokens of our life together in Arkansas.

Our dear friend Paulina is pictured on the right.

You will be missed greatly, Julie, but get those guest rooms ready! P and I will enjoy our travel time to your home.

"Tell me what company thou keepst, and I'll tell thee what thou art."
- Miguel de Cervantes (1547 - 1616) Spanish novelist.

Oh Kate, thank you for posting this - the picture made me laugh out loud though. The sound effect is "Ooooohhhhhh," upon seeing the bowl like my grandma had. I am so going to miss having you and Paulina physicially close to me, but spiritually, we're forever linked!! Soul sisters!

Awww, so sweet. True friendship remains regardless of the physical location. Bless all of you!

Without a doubt the most bestest thing about Arkansas were the friendships that sprouted there! What amazing women I discovered sprinkled around that crazy state ; )

love the quote, Kate. And that picture is priceless.

My heart hurts for you three - Kate, Julie & Paulina. But you three are truly linked forever... no doubt about that.
